This is why I don’t do free webinars. Not usually anyways..

In our last webinar (Wednesday evening)..

I was teaching the exact types of emails that I send on a daily basis in order generate daily sales, and I mentioned that if your message is powerful enough, and ‘polarizing’ enough, you will hopefully get some hate mail from it.

.. and hate mail is awesome, in email marketing.


Because it proves that your message is getting through, and that the whole “Love me or hate me” thing is happening.

Once you get those types of responses, you will make way more sales and have a far more qualified list for your offers.

You get the garbage leads off your list, and the quality leads stay to hear what you’re all about.

So… here’s a good one I got the other day while inviting my list to signup for my webinar offer:

Aside from the less than perfect grammar, this lovely person took time out of his “busy day” to tell me how much value he puts on quality training.

You see, this person will never be successful.

Why not?

Because he is the type that refuses to invest in himself or his business.

I don’t (usually) do free webinars because “free” has no value.

No value to you, no value to me.

Put it this way..

if you pay $1000 for a training product, and $7 for different one, which one are you going to invest your time into?

People that are serious about building a business know the answer to that question.

I charge for my webinars not only because I know the attendees will take it seriously, but also because I myself will put way more effort into bringing you the information you need to succeed.

My webinars are not “pitch fests”. They are unique, and specific to a certain training subject. Just solid training. No pitches. Just the facts, ma’am.

No hype, no selling, no self-proclaimed “guru” blowing hot air.

Just the “here’s how you do this”.

Plus, each one of my webinars are in-depth enough that they can easily be sold as separate products. Together, they’re a massive archive of internet marketing knowledge (my 15 years experience in this business).

They are all recorded and available in your backoffice, if you choose to be an attendee.

Fact: People that genuinely WANT to succeed are the people that attend my webinars.

The real secret to a higher converting sales page.. (it’s not what you think)..

While doing a sales funnel critique on our last webinar..

I explained something that may have surprised a few people, but is probably one of most important pieces of advice I would give.

We were looking a sales funnel that one of our attendees had put together and one of the concerns that our attendees had was the background color she had chosen, and the style of fonts as well.

What would work better?

What would convert better?

What LOOKS better?

My answer was simple.

It doesn’t matter what it looks like.. as long as it’s easy to read and navigate.

The power is in your message.

Not in the colors.

Not in the font style.

Not in the page design.

It’s in WHAT you say, not how it looks.

We’re here to help people solve problems, not create new ones.

And when it comes to info-products, simplicity always wins.

Trust me, I’ve tested this from both ends of the spectrum.

The easier it is to make someone understand how you’re going to help them, the quicker they’ll buy from you.

Simple, really, and 100% true.

As soon as you understand this, the sooner you’ll be making more sales – faster.

The people that attend my webinars make more money – fact.

This is what the 3% do to make more money than you ever will



Here’s a couple “complaints” I often get from my affiliates..

“Geoff, how do I get my leads to buy my products?”


“I can’t convince my leads to buy anything from me, what am I doing wrong?”

The answer?

I can almost guarantee you’re doing everything backwards.

Yes, completely backwards.

In fact, most people do it this way, because they’ve been convinced that it’s the easier way to go.

Here’s the difference between the 3% that earn all the money, and the 97% that stay broke and frustrated.

The 97% focus on generating leads and then try to convince those leads to buy what they’re selling.

.. whereas..

The 3% find a group of people that have a certain issue/problem. Then they create (or find) a product specifically for fixing that exact problem that group of people is having – and sell it to them.

What’s the difference?

The 97% get leads from somewhere and then say, “I don’t know who you are or what you want, but do you want to buy this product I have for sale?”

The 3% already know what their leads want and can therefore say, “Here’s the solution to the problem I already know you’re having. Here’s how to get it.”

When I get comments like, “I can’t convert my leads into sales.”

The REAL problem is NOT conversions.

The REAL problem is TARGETING.

It’s a thousand times easier to sell a ham sandwich to someone that likes ham sandwiches and is hungry for one.

Do you get that?

If you’re in the 97%, you’re doing it backwards.

Nobody wants your product. They do, however, want to have a solution to their problem.

They took my advice.. (this is why)..



A good number of people took my advice yesterday and upgraded their NPN accounts.

What this tells me is that they want it more than the next guy/gal.

Simple as that.

.. and when people decide, and go after what they want, it impresses me.

Not that I think you should try to impress ME, of course not.

But.. what it says to the rest of the world is that they’re serious about building their businesses.

It’s perception.

Just like when you’re selling a product, you have to increase the “perceived value” in order to make more sales.

If your prospects can’t SEE the value of your product to THEM (through your sales copy), they are much less likely to buy.

Just like showing YOUR “perceived” value to your prospects when selling something like GlobalNPN.

When you are an upgraded, higher level member, your prospects will see YOU as a higher value sponsor to them. .. and of course, because of this, they’re more likely to buy from YOU.

Get it?

Upgraded vs. a basic level member. Who are YOU more likely to buy from?

..Someone that’s obviously serious about building their business and helping their referrals, or someone that’s not willing to put the investment of time and money towards making more money online..?

Increase the “perceived value” of YOU and you will have more influence on your prospects.. and therefore you WILL make more money.

This is what I was talking about in yesterday’s email.

This is why DIRECTORS and EXECUTIVE members make more money than anyone else in the company.

And this is not a pitch just to get you to spend more money on GlobalNPN, this is a pitch to help you make more money for yourself, and become a leader in this industry.

That’s what it takes.
