What to say to your customers that don’t pay


So the question of the day, asked in our Facebook group, was this:

“I have people that have signed up under me, but they haven’t upgrade (paid) yet. How do I contact these people and what can I say to them?”

  1. Agree 100%. I seen much better conversions when I put myself in the middle with short introduction, vice sending directly to the sales or join page. It let’s them know your a real person. It’s an old cliche, but people join people.
